Shipping Overview

At Moon Lamps Co UK, we believe getting your order should be as effortless as the glow of your new lamp. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but every order comes with full tracking and zero shipping costs — no hidden fees, no sales tax surprises.

Shipping Times

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and shipped with tracking included as standard.

Handling Time: 1–2 Working Days.

Delivery Time: 4–5 Working Days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Please note: tracking information may not become active until 1–2 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched. This is normal — your parcel is on its way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Moon Lamps Co UK ships worldwide. While we cover all shipping costs, international customers are

solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their destination country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.

We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your parcel in real time.

If your confirmation email does not include a tracking number, or if you cannot locate the email, please contact us at support@moon-lamps.co.uk and we will provide your tracking details within 24 hours.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Moon Lamps Co UK cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information entered at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at support@moon-lamps.co.uk as soon as possible — we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.

Please be aware: if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs to the corrected address.

Where Is My Order?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us at support@moon-lamps.co.uk with your order number. We will locate your tracking information and respond within 24 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Moon Lamps Co UK is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer. If your tracking shows delivery has been completed but your parcel is missing, please contact the relevant courier directly to raise an investigation.
